Built by an operator.
Not a consultant.

Who Runs This

I built Axesris after years of watching good businesses get stuck inside bad systems.

My name is Jordan Sands. I spent the past five years leading marketing, patient acquisition, and operations at one of Los Angeles' most recognized aesthetic medicine practices — sitting at the intersection of clinical operations and patient acquisition, where the difference between a lead and a booked appointment comes down to execution. Paid advertising, SEO, high-end content, treatment coordination, call center operations, and clinical SOP development — all running in parallel, all connected.

Before aesthetics, I developed my instincts across a range of high-touch, visually driven environments: producing content for a high-profile influencer brand, managing a specialty retail operation, helping launch a physician training program, and building the Shopify architecture, packaging logistics, and digital operations behind a direct-to-consumer clinical skincare line. The common thread was always the same — close to the customer, close to the product, close enough to operations to see exactly where the money was leaking.

Axesris exists because the same infrastructure problems kept showing up in every business I walked into — regardless of industry. Marketing that couldn't prove what it produced. Sales that lived in someone's head. Operations that depended on whoever was working that shift. I built Axesris to fix that, as a discipline, for businesses serious enough to pay attention to the details.

"The ceiling of most businesses is set by their systems — not their potential. That is what I spend my days fixing."

/ Where I've Put In The Reps

The specific places I know the terrain well enough to have an opinion.

Patient Acquisition & Paid Media

Five years running acquisition across Google, Meta, and local channels for a high-volume aesthetic practice — optimizing against cost per booked appointment, not cost per click. Attribution setups that actually survive contact with reality.

SEO & Content Infrastructure

Traditional SEO fundamentals plus the emerging discipline of AI search visibility. Daily content engines. Topic cluster strategy. Content that compounds into organic pipeline over months, not quarters.

Clinical Operations & Patient Experience

Consultation flow, treatment coordination, call center design, consent and compliance workflows, and the SOPs that let a practice perform the same whether the owner is in the building or not.

Call Center & Lead Conversion

How leads get answered, how consultations get booked, how no-shows get recovered, and how the hand-off between marketing and the front desk actually works — built as a system instead of depending on whoever is at the desk that day.

Content, Brand & Visual Production

Foundational experience in influencer content strategy, specialty retail, and premium consumer brand production. I know what a premium business is supposed to look like across every digital touchpoint — and what breaks the standard.

E-Commerce & DTC Operations

Shopify architecture, packaging and fulfillment logistics, and the digital operations layer behind a clinical skincare launch. The full stack from product page to reorder automation.

Multi-Location Coordination

The specific problems that emerge when a single-location practice tries to become a two- or three-location operation — staffing, brand consistency, data fragmentation, and the infrastructure decisions that either enable the scale or quietly sabotage it.

AI & Workflow Automation

Deploying AI and automation inside existing workflows — not as a product, but as the layer that makes a small team operate like a bigger one. Integrations between EMR, CRM, marketing stack, and financial systems that most teams never connect.

/ The Network Behind Me

One operator is not enough. That is why I don't run this alone.

Behind every Axesris engagement is a hand-selected network of professionals that most businesses would never have access to on their own. These are not freelancers pulled from a marketplace — they are seasoned operators and domain experts I have personally vetted over years of high-stakes work. Medical professionals. Financial strategists. Software engineers and AI architects. Seasoned operators inside the aesthetic industry. Marketing specialists across paid media, SEO, content, and brand.

I manage this network directly — matching the right expertise to the right problem, coordinating execution across disciplines, and making sure every specialist brought into an engagement meets the same standard of rigor Axesris was built on. Clients get the depth of a large firm with the precision of a single operator who knows exactly who to deploy and when.

/ How I Work

A small roster, a direct line, and accountability at the operator level.

01

Small client roster

I take on a deliberately small number of clients at a time. It is the only way to stay close enough to the details to be useful. Every engagement gets my direct attention — not an account manager's.

02

Evidence before opinion

Every recommendation is grounded in your business's actual data. Not industry averages. Not what worked at another business. Your numbers, interrogated carefully — then a plan that matches what they say.

03

Direct line, not a deck

No account manager pipeline. No slide theater. You talk to me, I talk to the specialist who is solving the problem, and the decisions get made fast enough to matter.

04

Built to hold

We do not leave until the systems we built actually hold. Trained into the team. Documented. Connected. Working whether we are still in the room or not.

"I built Axesris because the difference between businesses that scale and businesses that stall is almost never the opportunity — it is the infrastructure underneath. That is a problem I know how to solve."
